2. An AI chatbot isnot a person.
There is no one on the other side. No human reads your message and writes back. The software does it all — for every user, all at once.
It can sound natural, funny, even caring. That is because human language follows patterns, and the chatbot has learned those patterns extremely well. But sounding like a person and being a person are different things. It has no feelings, no memory of you between conversations, and no opinions — even when it sounds like it does.
